First Impressions

Appearance

Donald is 6'2", blond hair, blue eyes. He carries himself with a misleading air of old-fashioned Southern hospitality at odds with intimidation. As ex-military and a Reaver, he has strong hints of his associations, including a throat tattoo - a skull in a black beret over two knives. There's a gold tooth on his right lateral incisor. Most notably, Donald is missing most of his right forearm, including his hand. It's been replaced by a well-worn robotic hand complete with faded stickers.

Fashion

Usually wearing retro red and gold Ray-Bans for all occasions he wants to show off, a flight bomber or leather jacket, gold rings, and a gold chain. He dresses in dark themes, usually semi-military and a bit try-hard. Donald enjoys using the juxtaposition of his appearance and Southern hospitality to impress and unnerve people.

Demeanor & Attitude

Donald carries himself as a Southern gentleman, rural hospitality and opening doors. It's playing a character and he enjoys it even when no one is fooled. If he can maintain the charade to create false relationships, friendships, and alliances, he likely will. While the warm accent is real, if keyed up, his nature is more cunning and cruel.

He's is a sociopath - sadistic, controlling, perceptive, and impatient. Capable of self-serving attachment that can seem like love, but not real generosity or empathy. Insecurity drives most of his pursuits. He is fascinated by and specist toward mutants. Surprisingly intelligent for how he throws might around, a mostly self-taught cybernetic engineer. Big believer in 'the pawns go first'. He vapes, he's that kind of villain.

Voice

Donald has a Kentucky accent, though he can moderate it to sound more 'professional'. He keeps to a classic slow drawl to unnerve or charm.

Powers

His lack of powers are what drives his intense insecurity. No amount of self-alteration will ever help him keep pace with true mutants, so he balances a good deal of hatred and awe for them. Donald does have the cybernetic arm and some internal alterations, but these only improve his strength and durability relative to the average human, with no healing factor. Most mutants with increased strength and speed can outpace him easily. He is completely vulnerable to psychic/telepathic invasion. His intellect is not a power, per se, but he has high visual-spatial, mathematical, and linguistic intelligence. He lacks intrapersonal intelligence and empathy, which limits his ability to predict motivations or perspectives.
